I found this site by accident but I have owned 4 Skoda's in 5 years

From Octavia TDi estates to a VRs and more recently a Supurb.

Total mileage around 130k

I find them excellent cars

In answer to your questions none of the cars ever broke!!

After a year 40-50k I have to watch the depreciation and the Warranty.

I need a reliable car for my work.

Hey my Busisness partner bought a Mundaneo and its always needing something fixing.

When I had the octavia VRs, I certainly *issed some people off!! Notably Audi TT owners.
