Yeap had JOM, SPAX, KW variant 1-3 and not just on a mk4 platform various Group N and A set ups on various cars!

To be fair though SPAX RSX's are very good

A lot of adjustment in them, although you can only adjust the bump and rebound in equal ammounts, still a good set up

I've also used everything from Pi, Spax, Apex, standard and Gp N. Bilsteins across various cars so can fairly comment on the ride and build of such manufacturers.

I said the JOM coilies were "alright", not excellent, which they are for road use and the build quality is surprisingly good.

ANYWAY....... Update time....

I sold this car back in August 2011 to a fellow Briskodian/Saxperian (other forum I know him from), AlexB who ran it with every issue under the sun :(

Finally on the way back from Germany last year the turbo packed in so he parked it up and left it to rot.... until we struck a deal for me to buy it back! So, come Saturday I will be the proud owner of "Jesus" the vRS, resurrected from the dead...

Plans are as follows:

Full detail

Send interior to MJ interiors for the seat and doorcard whites retrimming in cushioned, cross stitched black leather

Raise it slightly

Fit new turbo and give a full service

De-sticker it (the boy has a beard...)

Brand new black carpet and mats.

New double DIN HU and rear cameras

Look after it......

Will get more pics at the weekend :)
