thats what i thought will have a good butchers tomoz in the day light

Probably have the 17705 error code.

Check all the common hoses and clean the throttle body. 90% of the time it's one of two breather hoses, or a dirty throttle body.

I've just had a problem like that.

Slow on the pickup sort of thing but once it was wound up it would fly sort of thing, other days felt fine.

Mine was N75, I ripped everything else out to be sure though lol

Nick should be able to sort it though

ok will look at that too did you replace it with the standard n75 or upgrade to the one ive seen on awesome website

Might also be affected by the recent hot weather. I checked my intake air temps on the way home last Friday and they were up around 37 degrees, at 40 degrees the standard intercooler doesn't cool the boost enough so the air going into the cylinders is nowhere near as cold as it needs to be.

Also I find mine picks up differently depending on what fuel is in the tank.

Standard N75

The ECS N75 is just an N75H I believe.

I found mine running like ****e over the last few days.

Too hot for these cars lol

Its amazing how different they feel in the winter, you kind of get used to it and it feels "normal" then along comes some hot weather, a few brisk outings and all of a sudden the car is driving like a dog... well not quite that bad but definately not right!

right checked all hoses they seem fine not the weather as this morning was cold as you like still not picking up till about 3500 revs and feels flat going to try the n75 if skoda got one in stock , did notice thou comin back today the dump valve does not sound as loud as it normaly does so is this boost related just does not feel like the girl she was :'(

Definately sounds like the 17705 error code then. As when this happens the boost will be limited to 5psi, rather than the normal 10psi for a standard engine.

Before you start randomly changing valves and sensors, you need to get the error codes read off it. But one thing you can do before then is buy a new throttle body gasket, and clean the throttle body with some carb cleaner. There is a guide written by chicken_eyebrow on here. It'll take you 15mins to do, and is normally the source of the problem. The throttle body gets coated with oily deposits over time, which when left cause running issues.

If it is the N75, then yes it will reduce boost too. As the command valve will fail-safe and shut, diverting the P2 feed directly to the wastegate actuator, as in a conventional system. You can confirm this with an error code scan. People always replace the N75 as it's easy and gives you something to do! But it's not always the problem, and the faults soon come back.

I would lay money on the N75 then mate.

When I changed mine to a working one you could properly hear it dumping hard

Split breather maybe

Have you checked under the inlet manifold, theres two pipes with a fat rubber band holding them together, this band can hide the split

Did you connect the N75 up the right way?

As Dave said, split breather hose or possibly disconnected boost hose although you'd notice that a lot more as it would go into limp mode and throw up a engine management light.

Is the little hose to the top of the DV connected? It can make an oily smell if this one comes off too.

1st off ive just noticed the two pipes u mentioned covered in oil so maybe i dont know and the n75 put back how it come off pipe for pipe if u disconnect it while running no difference in anything

There wont be any difference while it is idling.

While it's idling the wastegate is held closed by the actuator, the N75 regulates the boost going to the wastegate from the turbo.

ok got to work tonight stripped it down to get to the two breathers that some mentioned today and yes it has a 2inch hole in it will this be the poblem of it not boosting right

I thought you checked your hoses yesterday?
