Fabia VRs..... sorry to bring this up again, see there were comments in September. Had a three beep audible warning last week immediately after start up. No dashboard lights ! Car did this half a dozen times over 2 days then nothing since. Very odd

Visited dealer who strapped it to the diagnostics and came up with an error message to do with the ABS pump sensor. (I think that was it??). Didn't sound too sure and they have booked it in for a closer look. Apparently the ABs works though. Any opinions???

Three beeps on ignition.

SEAT have had the same problem on the Ibiza so im told, requires a new ABS ECU with a different software program, i would think its the same fault with the Fabia.

good question ..... more of a bong than a beep as it happens. Sounded a bit like our old clock chiming !!! Most irritating thing in a way is it happened say three times in two days and I have'nt heard it since. Possible it happened on first starting after the ABS had worked but I don't remember having to break that hard. Oddly the car seems to pull slighhtly to the left but that's probably coincidence ?????

Remember the ABS does a self test everytime you start the car, it runs the pump just to check its working, this sometimes can be heard.
