I read a topic very recently on cutting a tag from the inside of the heater switch to make it turn the heater on anf off, and now I can't find it. Can anybody point in the right direction?

I tried that mod, but all it did was allow the button to move in when pushed but didn't turn it off, must be more needed in the back of the switch/button ? :|

Sounds like you may have done the wrong button. It's the top one

maybe i didnt take enuf off, did it while sitting outside the shop waiting for SWMBO

will have a look again tomorrow

Update: i took another sliver off the back and tried pressing the side as suggested and hey presto, its working now :thumbup: Thanks
