Looking to order my bushes today but Awesome GTI need to know the size for the ARB before they'll process the order

Chap says he thinks it's 19mm but doesn't wanna process it incase it's 18mm. Powerflex don't list any higher than 19mm for the front ARB on the Fabia VRS and i don't know what i'm looking for to go and measure it

Im 90% sure its 19mm think there was a recent thread stating it.

I done a search and the threads i found weren't specific and still listed other sizes for it so wanted to ask so i didn't have any set backs as the mechanic can only do it at weekends so don't want it lying in a garage stripped waiting on the correct bits arriving as i need my car all week! Can't afford it off the road :(
