My Felicia was written off this week, :'(

I've got a full tank of petrol, what is the easiest way to recover this?

has the Felicia got an anti-syphon filler pipe ?

Easiest way (and I've used it in the last couple of weeks) is to take the pipe that feeds the injector into your receptacle (whether that's another car or jerry cans), and then run the pump by whatever means you come up with, whether it's powering the fuel pump relay from the ECU engine bay connector, in the fuse board or just connecting into the loom. Make sure you open the filler when you do this as odd things can happen with pressure, and block the "return" line as I've seen a couple push fuel back through that (no idea why, didn't investigate as they were scrappers!). Just make sure you don't run the pump dry for long, it may not like it and there could be.... er... trouble! (the pump is cooled by fuel, so it running on in a tank full of vapour may not be a great idea).

what he said.. remove pipe from the injector rail (carefully as it will still be high pressure) then either earth the pump relay in the engine bay wiring or make a jumper wire to replace the relay in the fuse box. wont take long to empty the tank

up next to the battery on the passenger side is 2 multi pin connectors, if you unplug the 6 pin connector, insert a short piece of wire into terminal number 3 on the connector then attach the other end to the negative battery terminal or a good chassis ground... now when you turn on the ignition switch to the accessory position the fuel pump will run...

as said above, just take the hose off the fuel rail and direct it into a suitable container

on the drivers side, behind the engine, attached to the front bulkhead is 2 steel pipes, these are the fuel pipes that run along the bottom of the car from the tank, you could just attach a short hose there instead... iirc the right hand one is the feed, and the left is the return.

Thanks Tom, is it the two pipes that connect here (arrowed), if so, would the pipe that is on the left here be the right hand pipe?

As you look at the diagram there, you want the pipe which is on the LEFT. the other one is the return to the tank.

yes, sorry the K-line is the communication 'bus' for the engine ecu, the immobilizer box, airbag ecu, and abs control module will all be attached to it... i should imagine it's derived from the name of the communications protocol used, which is KWP1280 (key word protocol), this wire is also attached to pin 7 on the diagnostics port

the other thing worth noting is that the oil pressure switch is not attached to this connecter on the 1300cc skoda engined models, the oil pressure switch wiring comes through on the lighting loom on those and it's on the right hand side of the car grouped together with the radiator fan and alternator exciter/sense wiring.
