I'm away down to Shark on the 18th to get my remap done was just wondering if it was worht bothering to get a filter and exhaust aswell?? What have people got done and has it made that much difference? I can get hold of a K&N replacement element for £33 of ebay

I added a pipercross replacement filter and tbh it didn't make any difference before or after the remap, the addition of a V-Flow Evoms did however! Following on from that I will be fitting a Blueflame de-cat when I get a spare couple of hours, apparently with this the turbo will spool up much quicker and it will relieve back pressure significantly.

t the OP. a performance panel filter wil help the car breth especially at the top of the rev range but it wont make that much difference. if your after HP then an intake is needed. me personaly id be fitting an exhaust first and then going straight to stage 2 if thats your plan anyway.

Pipewerx and blueflame downpipies and quite competitively priced. miltek is expensive. budget for £450-550 for a downpipe. cat back is similar money.

unless you know of someone who is selling a cat back dirt cheap thats only covered about 3k.......
