How often do I need to change the gearbox oil and how do I do it?

Alternatively is there anyone from anywhere near the Manchester area on here that could do it for me?

i don't mind paying someone to do it for me, but I do begrudge paying Skoda £199 + vat for this when I could do it myself for the price of the oil (IF I had instructions on how to do it)

I just bought the car and I doubt it's been changed since it was bought.
