Change from 2.0 TDi to 1.6 TDi imminent?

We had a Golf 1.6 CR Diesel DSG, and were very disappointed with the driving experience. There was such a lack of low rev torque that when combined with the DSG gearbox it was often a nightmare at busy roundabouts, not knowing if it would pick up in time. We love the DSG (1.2 Yeti DSG on order), and the Golf was great on the open road, and extremely economical, but I would urge anyone ordering a 1.6 DSG to test drive it first in busy traffic. It may well suit some drivers, but it wasn't for us.
