Oh - and it's a diesel

Well done to Audi, but I'm gutted that the 009 Aston didn't manage 4th :(

So, despite the ACO's late rule change disadvantaging Audi, they sweep the podium. Excellent! All Peugeots out with engine failures

i used to think Davidson was a decent bloke then i saw the post incident interview with him, what an arrogant ****!

I still dont think they have a fair comparrison though.

5.5litre for the diesel vs 4 litre for the petrol. 81 litre tank fro diesel vs 90 litre for petrol.

The argument was disel was less advanced so required the larger capacity.

Personally I would like to see identical capacity and identical fuel tanks. That would actually pit the slower more efiicent desel against the faster more thirsty petrol.

Looks like I swapped sides just in time :D

Audi's rule :D :D :D

3.7 litre diesel and 2 litre petrol in the name of the environment.

FFS why not jut give the teams a bicycle and be done.

Hmm the French cars all broke down... :giggle:
