I suspect you have to post a bit more. I am not sure if it is directly correlated to posts or time since you signed up. It might go if you joined the freedom scheme as well.

Can't you edit it by going into your profile, click on your name at the top left of the page, my settings, profile tab under the heading your options and it'll be on the screen under profile information/member title for you to edit.
