Fun Pickup / DVLA / FOI

Featured Replies

Hi,

Got a reply today from the DVLA regarding a FOI (Freedom Of Information) request......

"I can confirm that there are 504 vehicles with the make code Skoda and model code Felicia Fun that had a current licence or SORN on the 22 Feb 2010. Please note it is also possible that there may be others registered without the specific model code."

Sadly they hadn't answered the request for the peak number of registrations (i.e. the number that were on the road). I've had several figures from various sources, the only two consistant ones are 621 and 612, and that could so easily be a typo!!!!

Either way, is good to know that so many are still in existance :):):):):):)

Sorry, was mucking around with the settings a bit when I posted. :p

Once it was on, I did realise I can read it from the other side of the room too. :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Room? I can read it from the ISS!

Rubbish!! THIS you can read from the ISS !!!!! :giggle::giggle:

Acording to John Rooney, who was head of buisiness sales at Skoda in 2002, there were a total of 642 funs registered in the uk

This consisted of

1998 = 114

1999 = 332

2000 = 163

2001 = 33

These are out af a total production run of 4016

Surprised I have spotted so many around with those figures. Think I have spotted 4 or 5 unique funs out and about.

Thanks Rigsby. So we've lost 138 over 12 years, I supose that's not too bad over all. :):)
