can you describe what's actually happening? is the engine firing up and then dies after a couple of seconds? or is it something else?

disabling or defeating the immobilizer is not a subject for discussion on a public forum

And is the alarm an aftermarket or Skoda one?

hi

it is a factory fitted scorpion alarm and it doesnt beep or flash like it used to got 2 fobs which both went out of sync and had to use little black thingy in glovebox

i have taken the siren out to look at it and it smells like its burnt out now it starts and runs for 1 second and cuts out also it recently had alternator fault the voltage regulator packed up for the second time dont know if the overcharging it was doing contributed to any of these problems ?

many thanks
