Anyone know what level of tint (or spec) the sunset glass is.

SWMBO has ordered a new car and I want to get the rear end done. But I dont want it to look like a very,very short stretched limo.

Not sure on the tint level, be i drove a Superb Combi with it fitted and i would say it is around twice as dark as the std tinted windows fitted - so not "drug dealer" dark at all (SWMBO hates tinted windows, but thought this looked very subtle).

From the few I've seen on the road, I would say its not much different at all, I think you would be better off having the tints done after collection, then you will be able to see demos to get exactly the look you are after.

It will be done aftermarket.

Getting demo's is a good idea.

We just want enough to take the glare and heat away from Jnr. And give him some privacy as he pours his milk all over himself.

I would go for something in between Bryan's tint and the sunset option personally!

So has anyone had it confirmed what the tint % is?

35% rings a b ell but I cannot confirm that. Maybe I should have not bothered !
