SportMaxx GT's to SportContact 3's

Featured Replies

Needed some new tyres on the front of me vRS this week - 14.5k on the SportMaxx GT's was quite good.

What's better is the Conti SportContact 3's that National Tyres stuck on. Will see how they get on - they seem quieter on the first 200 miles.

What's not so good is effing National Tyres chipping the alloy paint and denting the same alloy near the rim and then denying it. aaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh

What should I do?

Been thinking that I should photograph it and then write to them.

Any views that don't involve muscle?

cheers in advance.

Ask to speak to their branch or regional manager and then get someone like chipsaway to fix it. No excuse really.

On holiday recently in cornwall a main car dealer scratched one of my alloys after fixing a puncture and offered a refurb but I would have lost the car for a day so didn't take them up on it. They touched the scratch up a bit but I have since noticed a chip on the rim that might have occured at the same time.
