Slight juddering when stationary

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Hoping someone might have a bit of advice on this. My 2002 1.4 Fabia seems to be running well, except most of the time the car judders slightly when stationary, e.g. at traffic lights etc. It's nothing major, and doesn't seem to do it when moving, more when stopped with the engine running. Temperature is fine, doesn't seem to be a great deal of difference in the juddering when the car has just started or has been running for a while.

Probably going to have an oil and filter change done this weekend, is this a potential cause of slight juddering when stationary?

nowt to do with oil or filter...if engine ticking over at correct revs then it cud be lots of things....is it a vibration through the car?

A slight vibration throughout the car, yeah. Although seem to be able to feel it more when sat driver's side than passenger side
