Great photos - I've got a Candy White Fabia vRS Estate on order with all the extras and hadn't actually seen a vRS estate in white!

Well now I nearly have and boy am I looking forward to it arriving even more now - December can't come soon enough!

Thanks for posting the photos - really nice car!

Very nice B) certainly looks good in white

Thanks for the comments. Bripete: The windows have blinds installed, I didn't want the tinted glass and all the blinds are removable in less than 1 minute, a great compromise. I have covered over 2K miles now and am delighted with it. Famandy: The car is also on the -15mm suspension so sits at the same height as the vRS. Good handling, very little body roll and still maintaining an excellent ride.

Hi Fatbloke,

nice photo  notice you have added some extra protection to the bumpers  blends in well with the original side mouldings.

Fatbloke - ta for the pictures showing inside the boot :)

Thanks for the latest picture - thought it was sitting nice and squat - the lower suspension in conjunction with the black side mouldings, which I have ordered with my vRS, looks the business!

Cheers again - Andy

First time I have seen this thread, your estate looks stunning in white mate.

Davy

Just noticed the extra corner bumper protection mouldings Fatbloke, which wern't on the original photo set - well spotted by The Plumber! Can you advise where you got the mouldings from? Are they pukka Skoda accessories and is the material similar to that used on the side mouldings? My dealer is hoping to give me a build date soon - be nice if it arrives before December?Anybody seen any photos of a white Fabia vRS Estate yet?

Just looking at the Fabia vrs brochure and it shows a red estate with side rubbing strips. I wonder if the U.K models have them or not as they help to counteract the slab sided look. Oh yeah they also give protection in the supermarket car park.

Anybody seen any photos of a white Fabia vRS Estate yet?

Sorry no but I did come across a black one on a German Autotrader site My link

Thanks The Plumber - really great detailed pictures.

Looks like a baby Octavia vRS estate - wish the red upholstery was available in Blighty as it helps to lift a sombre interior, which is partly why I have specified the sunroof as an extra to let some light in.

Keep seaching for a white one for me!

dibujo - don't think the side rubbing strips are standard on the estate, as I had to negotiate them as no cost extras, along with mudflaps to seal the deal.

Famandy ; The extra mouldings on the front are Richbrook 510mm self adhesive jobbies. I got them for £15 on fleabay. They look close enough from a texture POV but are quite a bit thicker and slightly compressible rather than the side ones that are just hard plastic. I have also mounted a 'cut it to length' strip for the back which I'm not quite as happy with. The sloping design of the car profile means the rear bumper sits lower than the imaginary line that would line up with the side mouldings. If you look at it square on it looks fine but from the three quarter view it is not ideal. Not bad but not right either.

Does look good in white, problem is its Ok if you live in a smokless area lad over the road has a white octi vrs looks great but gets covered in coal soot in the winter,I really like the black one on the german site luckily I have gone for the black furby, bloody soot! B)

I bought some multi LED P21W bulbs. Initially I bought some with 24LEDs but they were physically too big to pass throught the hole in the reflector, foolishly I didn't check whether they actually lit. I then bought some smaller ones with less LEDs that did fit but when I turned them on they wouldn't light. I tested them with a 12v supply and they lit up fine. I think it must be a compatibility issue with the canbus system. The car doesn't actually give a bulb fault warning because I don't think that feature is enabled on the Fabia. I have come across some Xenon super white bulbs that I will try next. You can get them with a blue finish which I don't like or mirrored like the indicator bulbs which I think will look quite smart.

can you get the LED for the DRL'S or is it 2 much bother?
