Hi all,

Just looking at the specs of the car i just ordered.

I can see the umbrella has been removed

Can you tell me if the foot-well and under seat lighting is still on the car?

I am sure I saw it somewhere but it is not mentioned in the latest brochure, If they have removed this it is becoming less and less the luxury bargain!

I can get a C Class Merc Elegance for £5 more a month.. just liked the extra space, but not if they keep removing things.

Please can someone put my mind at ease.

I can't see the footwell and under-seat lighting mentioned on any of the specs but it has been present on both the Elegance demonstrators that I drove. Maybe somebody that has taken recent delivery would be able to clarify. However if the spec changed for model year 2011 on 22 June, representative vehicles may not have made it through to the dealers yet.

I like you will be dissapointed if they start changing the specs in a non-obvious way.

I have a 2011-spec Elegance Estate and the footwell and under-seat lighting are present and correct.

The umbrella has been deleted but the hole is still there and can be filled by the purchase of an umbrella - or preferably by haggling with the dealer.

Do you still have the glasses storage in your car? as it disappeared off the list with the umbrella.

The glasses case was not standard on the S on the MY10 cars, it did come on the SE and Elegance though.

But it is now std on all 3 (S, SE & Elegance)
