Hi Guys

Had my Fabia Vrs for almost 9 months now and still enjoy every minute of it. Not many mods yet except for a stereo/amp upgrade and some nice looking tints. Would like to here from anyone who has had the Fabia re-mapped and any subsequent reliability issues.

Leigh

Hi Leigh,

Welcome to Briskoda

There are loads of people who've had remaps - can't remember anyone reporting a problem, and I'm sure someone with the relevant car will be along soon !

Welcome Leigh :)

I am not aware of anyone having reliability problems since having their car remapped. All respectable remappers for the Furby (and other models / engines) stay well within the engine's limitations so not to throw a conrod.

TBH, they're all pretty similar, and the results are very comparable. In general, chose one which is either close or represents good value for money.

The popular tuners on here for the 130PD lump are AmD, Star Performance (up in Scotland), Revo (various dealers around the UK), Jabbasport (based in Peterborough).

Do a search and you'll find lots of info. :)

Welcome, Leigh.

Welcome to Briskoda.

I have a Greens panel filter, this is a good start, it appears to smooth out the rough edges.

OH, BTW I have 1 click also, this turns the car into a rocket ( a bit of a soot rocket ).

My final addition is going to be the Cupra air intake after xmas ( to cut down the soot.)

Steve

welcome! :D

Welcome indeed
