Best Colour for New Vrs

Featured Replies

I did my own configuration with a vrs on the website last night and I opted for sprint yellow with a black roof and dark chrome alloys and I thought it looked pretty good :)

Just a question though, there was no option for xenon headlights only halogen projector headlights or are they xenons ?

They are only halogens, however opt for some headlight washers, and get a HID kit afterwards would solve that problem.

I configured a race blue with black roof and dark chrome wheels - that would be my choice!

You can't have race blue with a black roof! ....................otherwise, that combination would have been my first choice.

Here are some photos of my new little toy!

As I've said before I would have never chosen this colour scheme from the brochure but I think it looks nice in the flesh!

Options on the car are: White roof and alloys, climate, Phone Bluetooth, Cruise, Climate, Parking Sensors, Armrest and 3rd rear headrest.

Hope you like it!

The white roof & wheels looks very good with the green very niceemoticon-0110-tongueout.gifemoticon-0103-cool.gif .

Nice looking car,not keen on the white wheels but the roof looks good with the green! :) Congratulations on your purchase. It will certainly stand out on the roads ,that's for sure! :giggle:

Sorry but I hate the white wheels!

I have exactly the same wheels on my non-vrs estate. I think they are a bit too bright myself, they look better when they are a bit dirty!

It never used to be, but if you go on the website now it shows blue/black as an option!

I have to say I'm quite annoyed about that! Never mind eh, either they're not selling enough blue ones or having to extend the options because they're not selling enough vRS's in general. :wonder:

It's a good job I'm happy with my colour after all! :)

I did wonder why they didn't offer the black roof option in the first place with the blue though, personally I'm not so keen on the white roof on any colour car!

Nice choice, I do prefer the black on green look, but that's just me. Enjoy your motor, and just think, you could be driving this old nail that I see every day on my drive near to my house. I wanna throw up every time I see it!!!!!

So the next time someone says you shouldn't have chosen white on green, show them this.......

Oooh, is that rear diffuser a standard bit of body trim? Looks cool. I noticed someone posted a link to a new Octavia VRS that had one too, but it didn't suit that car too well. :p
