After much deliberation i finally ordered octavia vrs tdi last week 27/8/10 . I now feel like it's christmas eve and I'm 10 again. I've been told to expect to be able to pick it up early november, which is quite annoying as my current car is a t%rd

Dont be too dishartened about the wait, anyone who placed an order in the preceeding 3 weeks, wouldnt get a delivery date till post 26th july anyway, as it was factory close down.

I ordered mine 1 week before factory reopen & now have a build date of week 38 ( last week in Sept).

Just ring your dealer anytime this week & they should have a build date by now if the put the order on straight away.
