Must say that 'milovac's' image of his Yeti parked at sunset makes a fantastic desktop background on the computer. So I was wondering if any of you nice people who currently own the beast could be inspired to try something similar in order to give us mere mortals, still awaiting delivery, our daily fix?

I was going to paste it here but wasn't quite sure how to achieve that.

I'd also like to say thank you to all the members who have posted images. I spent many hours comparing these when making a decision on what colour to order. I finally plumbed for the Candy White as I quite liked the contrast between that and the black trim, but having said that I don't think there is a bad colour for the Yeti. Best Regards Phil

I have to agree there. The pics on here helped me in my colour choice as the ones in the brochure and the SUK website are awful. And sense there are hardly any Yetis to be seen on the road you can't see real ones to help in colour choices either!

Not sure what this looks like as wallpaper ...but you are welcome try it

I've got my solarised one as the wallpaper on my phone, but Sheila wouldn't let me use any of them on the computer at home!

Must have a look at the Flikr group; Notwork Rail ban us from accessing it here!!

Or maybe the blizzard look

Nice Pics

I like the Blizzard look quite a lot. A bit difficult to imagine snow at the moment, but for the winter months (or if it gets too hot ) it could be really nice.

You could use the overexposed areas for your desktop icons.

choosing the colour is SO SO difficult... however, there seems to be a creeping feeling that WHITE suits the beast best. When we did the ADVENTURE in the mid-Wales dams led by Llanigraham, Aerofurb's white beastie got the vote.

Or how about a lovely photo of Upton Park House in Dorset???

For a few of freshacre's faves - featuring his YETI - venture over here, good viewers!

This is my fave pic.........

I just knew you fine people on here wouldn't let me down. The snowy one for winter and the four beasts together are the sort of thing I was looking for. Hope the Pickering run this weekend gives some good photo opportunities some great scenery out there. Great and friendly forum I look forward to being able the add my own images sometime in the future, just hope it's not next to a Christmas tree.

Another nice one, cheers. Might be spoilt for choice at this rate, suppose I could do a slide show screen saver as well as desktop.

Well don't feel the lack of a Monster prevents you joining the run this weekend. If you have the time please come along.

TP Thanks for the invite was pondering making my way over, but unfortunately have to head north of the border. I was going to try and let you who have tamed the beast convince my better half what a good buy it is. I keep leaving auto express and the like on the breakfast bar still hasn't had the desired affect yet. Hope you all have a good day on the north Yorkshire moor, I see the bridge in Whitby is now working so no fording to do at low tide lol.

Does nobody like my pic??? :'(

Totally agree with colour choice, but I'm biased. :D

This may not be a Yeti, but a pretty cool photo nonetheless;-
