dear friends, I didn't write here for a long time - and it's time for some updates.

my blue Skoda Fabia was sold nine months ago for a new grey one. unfortunately, this grey fabia didn't want to stay away from the garage and we had to sattle with Skoda - we bought a new TSI with a small fee.

Thanks for the pics and a shame you had some issues with the 1.6 but looking at the replacement I think it's in a funny sort of way it's worked out in your favour as that's one smart motor, plus you have the new TSI

Hi James,

the red square after the TSI denotes 105; no red square 85.

Similar idea to the red I on a 140 SM for example.

its a pre-immobilizer anti-theft feature that requires you to enter a 4 digit code without it the engine wont start.

Sincerely, I prefer the STORM BLUE - Like my first MK2.

Black suits her best, just that every speck of dust is clearly visible. The same with the gray.

After seeing one in the flesh (all be it a pre fl fabia "1"), i can truly say that it is a fine looking motor. Further it is NOTHING like the suzuki "swift"
