hey guys looking at some alloys 17" and they come with 215/45R17 Kumho Solus KH16 tyres are these ok for a fabia or not?

I hear a 45 profile should be OK if you don't lower it. Most people (inc myself) run a 40 profile.

wont the speedo be slightly out tho?

Correct profile in 17" is 40. You'll get incorrect speedo readings and possible rubbing on full lock, especially with them in 215 width.

I wouldn't fit them personally, but what other decide to do is entirely upto them :yes:

The tested sizes are 205/40/17 and 215/40/17.

www.camskill.co.uk are good, especially if you have a good local tyre fitter who can put them on for you.

i recently bought 4 yokohama parada spec 2 off www.blackcirles.com in 205/40/17 for around £280 fitted.

Thanks guys will i be ok running them on 45 for a month or two untill i get payed and buy the new tyres?
