Got a call today to tell me my Superb Estate 170 Elegance DSG has arrived at the dealers!!

Just waiting for the bank to transfer the cash.

Went in to hand over my insurance document so they could get it taxed. Salesman asked me if i wanted to have a quick look at it. Of course!!

Its a beauty!! as soon as its been delivered to me and all the white stickers and plastics have been taken off there will be a barrage of pictures posted!

Isn't it worth waiting until the 1st Sept to register / collect it? That's what I'm doing with my new Amethyst Elegance 1.8TSi DSG Estate. It arrived at dealer last week but not collecting it until next Wednesday when it will be "six months" younger! It took 4 1/2 months from order (late March) as it has the panoramic sunroof - but it looks soooooo good. Can't wait.

Im having a private plate so its no bother for me to have it early.. Cant wait to get my hands on it. you could argue it'll be worth more when i sell it, but its a company car.

I ordered the car on the 27th April. Got delivered to the dealer on Monday.

So.. I say goodbye tomorrow to the VRS. 90k 3 yrs old

Best car i ever had. i hope the Superb impresses me as much
