Confussion?

Featured Replies

Ok i have had this problem with my rad fans, one will come on every time the car is running untill you switch the air con on and it will stop, so i replaced my rad sensor on the radiator tonight and i still have the same problem :( i thought that would fix the problem but its still there,

i am not to worried about it but i hate having annoying problems with my cars, so if anyone can point me in the right direction with what to change next that would be great,

cheers

Paul

iirc one of the fans was meant to come on when you turned the aircon on, so it sounds like yours is running in reverse?

o ok lol, any idea why that could be happening?

Afraid not.... I am sure someone else can confirm my thoughts about rad fans and aircon are correct. Maybe a fault in the aircon ecu?

anyone?

There was a thread on here a couple of weeks ago about how to get the climate control to show any fault codes, that might be worth a look.

Ok i found that post with checking for fault codes, i tryed it this afternoon but it wasn't showing any faults, has anyone got any ideas whats this could be?

Right had another look at the fans, when i switch the climate control off the one fan goes off like it does when the aircon is switched on, does it sound like my fans are working to the oppistite of what they are meant to?

cheers
