Tyre Pressure

Featured Replies

What's the recommended tyre pressure for a Fabia vRS? I can't find it in the manual, I know it will be there somewhere but really cannot spot it!

It is stated on the inside of the fuel filler cap, and equates to 33psi front and 32psi rear, which are the pressures I run.

33.5 / 31.9

I found mine set on about 26 when I bought it!

I can't find it in the manual, ...

It's not obvious - in the PDF manual it states:

The tyre inflation pressures for summer tyres are indicated on the inside of the fuel

filler flap ⇒ page 165, fig. 148. The inflation pressures for winter tyres are 20 kPa

(0.2 bar) higher than those for summer tyres ⇒ page 169.

The tyre pressure should be at the highest pressure specified for your vehicle at all

times.

Always check the inflation pressure of tyres when cold. Do not reduce the higher

pressure of warm tyres. Adapt the inflation pressure of the tyres accordingly if your

vehicle is carrying a significantly higher payload.

I run 33 front 32 rear - never looked at the manual, so a good guess it seems!

I run 36psi front, 34psi rear

i run 35 all round... you always lose a few psi anyway

i left mine off the road for 3 months back tires were 6 psi, must have a leak :o
