Shorter Droplinks

Featured Replies

Just a quicky for anyone technical: can you fit shortened droplinks to the standard vRS suspension?

Basically; I think mine are b0rked, as I'm getting those kinds of noises from down there. I'm hopefully planning to get some coilovers fitted around Xmas when my pay comes in, but don't really fancy replacing my droplinks at the MOT this month, just to get another pair when I lower it a couple months later.

Yes, 93-2000 mondeo's are a popular replacement , i run them, there around a inch and a half shorter [from memory]

Depending on what coil overs you get you may not need shorter drop links. Weitec and AP for example used raised attachments so standard ones are fine.
