Nice bit of kit that electric seat, got to try one out on the CZ demo in August 09. Would have liked this option myself as you get a much finer adjustment plus a tilting seat base

Presumably it's either impossible or maybe inadvisable (eg might drop you back down the build list by 8-10 weeks) to try to add this option to an existing order that's getting close to its build date, eg WL41 ???

I have asked this very thing !! My order ironically has been moved forward as well, to week 39 end Sept beg Oct so doubt they will let me have it, but will be interesting to see if I can wangle it or not.

Well someone on here stated that you have until four weeks before your car gets built to change things without changing your order in the queue. As my car is also a week 41 build the cut off is within the next week or so, so I phoned SUK and they led me to believe it will not affect my build week since none of the parts for my car has been made as everything arrives in a just-in-time fashion to the factory. But they stated i have ti arrange it via my dealer. So I rushed to add the three changes to my order: colour, DSG and the electric seats/folding mirrors.

Just tried out the configurator page,and it wont let me add the electric seats to my elegance order.Is that because the elegance already has the electric mirrors thus causing conflict in it's tiny computer brain?....Sorry Darling I can't order it,The computer says NO

I had the same problem with the configurator, but James has added all to my order.

I did have a similar problem, but managed to persuade to to work in the end.

I had the same problem with the configurator but have asked my dealer to add - hopefully OK.

NB, I only just realised that the option is described as "electric drivers seat", not seats... i.e. singular not plural. I assume that means the passenger seat remains manual?

Correct. It is only the driver's seat.

Skoda website now saying this about the panoramic sunroof

Panoramic sliding sunroof (limited availability due to high demand, please see your local retailer)

At least this flags up at an early stage there could be an issue - how come there is high demand? none of the used Yetis on SUK have a sunroof?!?

Panoramic sunroof now dropped from website, oh well...
