Newbie here based in Rossendale, East Lancs.

Currently looking at buying an Octavia 20.TDI Estate, Elegance or L&K, 55 or 06 plate.

Have just posted in the Octavia II section - any help in pointing out the common faults would be appreciated.

I have been an active member of the Frontera Owners Group for 4 years, and also an active member on PocketGPSWorld.

Just trying to make sure I don't buy a lemon, so any help appreciated. No doubt once I have bought I will be about loads asking for advice and how to tweak various things.

Lane assist coding with Car Scanner for Superb FL 2019

Hi guys. I tried to code lane assist for my 2019 SUPERB FL using Icar pro Vgate and car scanner pro. Lane assist is showing on dashboard and in the options but it doesn't work. The icon is yellow, car displays message that it is not currently available. What did I miss... A5 camera is 2Q0980653. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks! Maybe there is someone with Obd11 in Shrewsbury area wilkingvto help if car scanner can't perform this coding?

I'm looking for some advice or shared experiences regarding a major infotainment issue I encountered today. My car is a 2020 Skoda Octavia MK4 Combi (1.0 TSI), currently out of warranty. While driving, the infotainment system started "acting possessed." It began with random reboots, followed by severe "ghost touching"—the menu jumps around, music turns on and off, and I hear constant phantom clicking sounds as if someone is tapping the screen rapidly. TL:DR - hi! superb 280: wet skiddy without quality back tyres? Hello everybody, New to the forum and owning a skoda. I've got a 2019 superb sportline 280 hatch. Are they known to get a bit unsettled at the back end in the wet? With the job I do I've driven both manual and dsg Haldex skodas (octavias and kodiaq), quite hard, and never experienced this. Granted the work cars are all diesel with Michelin crossclimates. I've had the car 2-3 months now and there's a bit of stuff in the boot. K

What it says on the tin, really; recently my oil warning light came on, flashed a few times, made a really loud intermittent beeping sound, and then turned off again. This happened several times during a journey, but actually stopped after a little while. I checked the oil level, and its fine, so I reckon it's an issue with the oil pressure sensor/switch (I did get an OBD tool, but that came up as no error codes, so I'm really in the dark here). Have come to use the A/C for the first time this past week and noticed that pressing the button for the recirculating air doesn’t appear to work. Button presses but nothing happens it doesn’t light up and stays off Also through the media center doesn’t do anything, wondering if anyone has come across this before? Or is it a trip to Skoda?
