I think the general consensus is getting them to fit can be a real pain without proven gains (no rolling road to prove it)

I remember reading that the matrix isn't as of a higher quality or efficient design as the OEM sidemount, meaning that it may prove that the standard sidemount is just as effective. Don't expect to see any huge gains after fitting, put it that way. But it remains to be seen when someone does a before/after on a rolling road with repeated runs to prove how well the intercoolers do their job.

Have a look on this forum; there is a discussion going on about what value the Forge item offer. You need to find out for yourself what your time and your knowledge is worth.

It seems the general consensus is that Forge do a kit which is very easy to fit, but comes at a price.

FMIC don't necessarily give you power increase, but they kep the intake temp low hence guarantee that you will always get the best out of your map, as there will be no heatsoak. Equally the stress on other components is ever so slightly reduced.
