iOS4.1 is now available for download via iTunes - and thread title has been amended to reflect this.

But DONT load if you jailbreak. The Register say it'll break the ability to do it, and restore to an earlier version FOREVER.

A vunlnerability has been found, and devteam are working on a jailbreak to be released soon. For the time being, do not upgrade if you want to jailbreak.

Still HDR camera is neat Game centre, I see little point at the moment

As far as I know, the new jailbreak will do both bootroms.

As i've posted elsewhere, Click Here 4.1 on my 3GS has restored full funtionality to bluetooth phonebook sync when connected to OEM Bluetooth & Columbus.

I Installed it on my 3GS last night then tried to Plug it into my JVC AVX-77 this morning. still no phonebook sync and now it cant play anything without the sound constantly dropping out!

Not a happy bunny!

Funny thing is it works when plugged into my sony stereo... and works fine through bluetooth.

I'm hoping this new 4.1 update will make my 3G as fast as it was before I updated to 4.0 !!!

I can't detect any difference in speed on my 3G. A stopwatch might tell me I'm wrong but perception is everything in this case.

There are no Fiscon/Bolero connectivity issues though.

SWMBO's 3G never seemed to suffer for the 4.1 slowdown.

So certainly can't tell a difference now.

But she doesn't have loads of stuff on it, so could that make a difference?
