Hi everyone,im looking for a 40mm lowering kit for my Fabia Vrs 2005 model,any sugestions would be helpfull with the purchase of a good kit.

Have a look in the Fabia 1 section, theres plenty of threads on there about lowering kits. Just a word of warning though, as the VRS is lower than a standard Fabia you'll be struggling to get a spring/damper combo that will lower a VRS by 40mm.

I have used a AP racing coilover set on my VRS and it now sits 50mm lower and looks just right, not too low. but the suspension is fully adjustable.

Dpm performance do shock n spring combo for a vrs that drops 40/50mm, they have a few good kits!

There are coilovers and also Koni STRT , I have the STRT on my Fabia , not a vRS , but is fitted to the vRS , and mine have been on for over 100k miles , and is still going strong

yup to re-iterate you wont get a spring that lowers a vrs 40mm.... max is 25mm as the vrs sits 15mm lower than base models (40mm-15mm = 25mm)

to go low you need coilies
