What do Skoda now say the cambelt change on the above is? I know they've changed their minds a number of times now.

Car is 4 years old in April 2011, and has just hit 41k.

From reading most of the posts on this subject before, it's definately 4 years but the mileage comes under a bit of debate as some say 40k and some say 60k.

BTW..............I personally I think 4 years or every 60,000 miles

Its chain driven! TFSI was belt driven. AFAIK.

It's not chain driven, not the 2.0 anyhow, the 1.6 is chain.

If you PM me your chassis number I can tell you exactly when it's due.

i think its only the newer Tsi engines that are chain driven
