What's the difference?

Featured Replies

I'm looking at buying all the appropriate service parts for my vRS, so I can then give my car and the parts to my friends dad who runs a garage, he can fit all the parts etc thus saving me money, but still retaining the stamp in my book.

I'm fine with all the other parts, except the Pollen filter.

What's the difference between the two filters at the bottom?

Chris.

OKi doke, so that's the one I need, thanks :)

Bought all 4 filters from E.Bay just under £30 delivered, with Quantum oil for the engine £23 delivered, again E.Bay.

I do yearly service myself every year as only cover 6,000 approx a year, with brake fluid changed every 2 years, (not rocket science really)

Doing service just before an MOT, will cover areas I didn't at service time, if any MOT job too big, I let garage sort it out.

Having found that Skoda dealership mechanics only peered through spokes of road wheel to check brake pad thickness,

to avoid taking off wheels, at service times, in initial 3 years ownership.
