I'm planning on getting some of the led fog lights and using them as DRL's

has anyone done this? if so can you post a picture.

does anyone know if its even legal?

any comments are welcome because i'm unsure if i should do it or not?

the mk2 vrs drl's look remarkably like the standard fabia vrs mk1 fogs size, would be interesting to see if these fit, imagine they are expensive from the dealer though

Using Fog lights in anything other than poor visibility is illegal no matter what bulbs are fitted, the highway code clearly states this. The DRLs currently fitted into fog lights in the Yeti, FL Octy and Superb2 are separate bulbs which are sited in the lamp unit outside of the foglight area.

Nobody would know though they would presume that they are DRL's like on the new Furby RS
