Advice re' 312mm brakes

Featured Replies

Need some advice folks, thinking of fitting 312mm front brakes to Fabia VRS, are calipers below suitable ?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220670528137&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_500wt_1031

Also I undestand advisable to use different hoses (slightly longer ?) Anyone know exactly what the difference is ? I'd like

to order up HEL / Goodridge but need info to do so.

FInally any recommendations for "Skoda green" paint ?

Thanks

Yes they look right.

All pretty well covered on here, hammerite smooth green a bob on match. Standard hoses are fine, can use the TT ons which are a touch longer but you need to rotate the car end so it locates properly. Standard hoses are all internally braided.

They'll fit!

You can use your existing hoses!

Hammerite smooth green paint (If you can find any! It was discontinued last year!)

From the People who make Hammerire

The Green (mid) was discontinued as a colour over 3 years ago now I'm afraid, not a popular selling colour at the time.

Ford Modina green is the next best match.

But yes will fit!
