Cheers mate - that's that sorted - but what a faf - remove n/s footwell trim, remove complete glovebox, remove bracket from heater box - then remove filter -- no wonder they get blocked - no bugger can find them.

Would hate to pay the bill at main dealers for this to be done !!

I am trying to replace the pollen filter too but how do you remove the glove box door??

How did you remove the Glove Box door???

If I remember correctly you don't remove the door but the entire glove box, open the door and all of the fixing screws should present themselves, careful with the wire to the glove box light. The pollen filter is hidden behind a black plastic panel and the filter element pulls out towards you.

It's 90% the same as the P12 Primera, they used to block up too and I used to change mine every 10,000 miles or so.
