  • The leds are used in the side light function yes. These stay on with the dipped and main beam but this is the same with audis and it's not that bright for oncoming drivers, they look the part.

It's dark now!!!

you can gem them from plenty of cz sites, I got them cheaper than 260 :)

google devil eyes, superskoda have them, and a few other sites like skoda-tuning.cz.... I think.

I likey!! :) their really smart in the dark!! and the projectors seem pretty decent, however I want to look into getting clear white bulbs rather than the standard yellowy type ones that came with the lamps.

looks sweet as. nice.

I would like to see the car headlights with the beam against a brick wall. They look nice, but previously were only available for cars intended for driving on the right (ie. LHD). Even some UK based suppliers have been selling these lights, which in this country will blind people and fail the MOT.

when I was driving back from work last night they shine in the correct angles, and avoided blinding people (no one has flashed me from being blinded)...road signs and pavements were lit up no different to the standard ones... :)

there seems to be a screw to switch between LHD and RHD also...

All the ones I have been able to find so far state for LHD only. So are these by a different manufacturer to those that are most commonly available?

Ahhhh found some now. Don't google Devil Eyes, try Fabia DRL

Edited by KLM

are the ones listed on madmotors.co.uk exactly the same as Leon-y-k's ???

I've had it confirmed by some folks on eBay that the ones they have are RHD, CE-marked and are guaranteed to pass an MOT. £300 though!

Damn you Leon, now I really want some! :giggle:

I like them B)

I'm REALLY torn on this. Part of me is saying they're BRILLIANT and part of me is thinking that my Fabia is turning into a chav-mobile. I was checked out by a Police traffic vehicle today. And I have to say it's the S3 alloys - they just look modded, and I suspect that these headlamps would just make it look worse.

They really suit the fabia my combi is like a mini a3! Haha

Wja96...I don't think their chavvy! Makes the car look a little wider at the front and have a bit more character to it, I think it's the pupils that add to the oem look :) and it's a vag style :-p same as fitting a cupra splitty?! I have seen some other Dlr's on other brands that were aftermarket, if done right they look mint!

No, I'm sorry if I came across wrong. I didn't mean to imply they looked Chavvy, I think they look great. But I just look at my car and I worry that it's a slippery slope to the pages of Barry Boys
