that fabia does weight roughly 1300kg more than **** all though.. roughly the same as the golf

I love how the Fabia vRS is a little sleeper, still most people after all these years are surprised how well these cars go.

The look on the face of other drivers is always a sight

nice to see people recognising, ive kept behind a r32 before he was slightly pulling away but not alot for what engine they have, and this was before i had my car re remapped by shark after finding out i previously had a shocking remap before lol

I find the Fabia weight issue quite amusing.

On one hand, it weighs 'no more than a fag packet', and on the other (in most fabia 'performance' threads), it weighs as much as a cruise liner!

Coming into Fabia ownership on the back owning an A3 & a Golf, I cannot believe that the Fabia weighs more than both of these 'on paper'. I'd be interest knowing in where the official weight comes from [leaves himself open for a slating], especially as I seem to remember a member a while back having his car weighed at approx 1,250kgs.

Interesting thread tho and good to see some praise being given. It'll be interesting to see how this thread goes. It is a fabia performance thread afterall, which isn't usually tolerated on this forum :p

But there is no willy waving from here, apart from 'Big Jase' (Typical)

Its not us saying our cars are faster than blah blah... its more the fact that its nice to hear someone else say "fair play to the little fabia" instead of the usual "pffft its a diesel skoda, which means it is ****".
