I fitted a 007p (the awesome gti one) in August to my standard vRS.

I have recently been getting chatter through the turbo for the first few miniutes when i start driving, it makes no differance whether the car is warm or cold.

Would this be down to the valve getting stuck closed?

check the pipe on top isnt kinking over

Also check the spring in the DV is free to move.

Mine does this, i think its got something to do with the Secondary Air Injection thing. When i set off and lift the clutch up too quikly it makes a chattering noise. But once i hear the SAI stop sounding like a hoover it stops

Its the same on myn im planning on removing they system mainly because it sounds like a leaky dison ha ha

I sorted it today thanks lads, the vacuum take off on top of the dv was split.

Cool will need to have a look at the top of my DV as i to get the chatter on start up every now an then.
