Late Delivery compensation

Morning All,

I've seen the word compensation mentioned a couple of times on this forum with regards to late delivery dates.

I ordered my VRS on 23rd June & I'm currently looking at a mid-December delivery from Motorline in Dartford (vis Forces Cars Direct) this will be (about) 25 weeks, any ideas if I'm eligible & how I get the ball rolling?

You need to contact Skoda Customer Services, ask for Julie she is very helpful. Mine was 18 weeks in total and i got £150 but they have since changed it to over 18 weeks. (used to be over 16 weeks)

No need to contact SUK direct, contact your dealer as they should be able to sort this out for you. Options are M&S vouchers, servicing voucher or dealer supply accessories. Compensation for delivery 18 weeks and over is to the value of £150 (has recently increased from 16 weeks). I believe the compensation doubles to the value of £300 for 25 weeks and over, but you'll need to check on that.

Just so you know there has been some discussion in the Superb II forum of some dealers not offering the dealer supply accessories because of the length of time that SUK takes to reimburse the dealer (http://briskoda.net/forums/topic/156447-forecast-delivery-dates-vs-actual-from-recent-orders/page__view__findpost__p__2149932).

It's a week later & no reply at all from Motorline Dartford. I have a different email address, let's try again..... :punch:

Dont bother emailing, phone them. Most dealers take ages to respond to emails.
