Sachs performance clutch kit

Featured Replies

Looking at getting an uprated clutch (don't really want any SMF chatter!!).

Best price I have got so far is £550 delivered. Would you say this is a good price?

I'm not set on a Sachs if there's other gooduns that'll deal with a Stage 2 turbo...!

I'm not actually sure of the part numbers, sorry. It's the same one as on JS titled "Sachs Performance Clutch Kit 6SPD 02M PD TDI".

I think that's the same as the last poster on http://seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=251853 minus the flywheel.

- Sachs Performance Clutch Cover – 88 3082 000 826

- Sachs Performance Clutch Disc – 88 1864 999 980

- Sachs Dual Mass Flywheel – 2294 003 341

- OEM Release Bearing – OA5 141 671 E

yes its just an oem one stamped sachs

Hm. I wonder which is cheaper. I haven't yet found a source for a new flywheel, but I am thinking I should probably pay out and get a new one whilst the clutch is out...

410lb/ft. That price isn't including a new DMF though. Or fitting. :-(

yeah clutch will handle the torque....

BUT will the flywheel :o

It had better. I've not read of anyone having problems with Stage 2 + Sachs performance + DMF.

20k in flywheel gave up the ghost and started rattling

they give up at standard torque there going to be under some strain at hybrid power
