Stupid question....but where are the front ARB bushes?

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I'm hoping to lubricate the front ARB bushes as a temporary fix until i get them replaced. There is some chronic creaking coming from the front....

However i have yet to even look under the car.

To lubricate them, will i need to remove the wheel?? More importantly how will i know what they are once i find them!!!!!!!!!!!!! :S

I've marked the bush for you - you will need to get the wheel off to get to it. If you are going to remove them to lubricate them i would just change them over. The bushes aren't expensive, but speak to your local dealership as they've recently changed the brackets for them, so its best to get new brackets at the same time. I think it cost me about £20 for both sides.

The photo is from the drivers side (the bush is in the same place on the passenger side), the bracket attaches with two bolts from the other side of the subframe.
