Hi guys im sarah and new to the forum live in cambrigde. Ive got a fabia VRS 1.9 Diesel. Looking to do a few suttle mods on it i.e wheels not too sure what size yet? possibly white octavia wheels windows (indecisive of tinted or not) and not sure if i should change the exhaust. Ive been told that i should get it chipped. Been told it will make it fast does any one know somewhere local in cambridge that do remapping/chipping if so does any one know cost and if it will actually make my car faster?

Hi Sarah or soon to be faster Sarah, Mk1. Octy 16" would the best option, buy some crappy ones then have them re-furbed in your choosen colour. As for remaps there is Jabbasport near Peterborouh, masters of all things VAG. They charge £320-£420 depending what map you want, faster, quiter or more mpg.

Hi Sarah & welcome. You can get more power & more performance if you don't go too heavy on the extra power. You can also get the map done very reasonably if you shop around.
