here are some pics of my new 42 Draft Design 3" downpipe race modular ceramic coated by Jet Hot in USA.

Without any other mods, just by remowing my old Megan racing 2.5" downpipe and puttng this one

my K04-001 roars like lion, and no change in exhaust tone.

Seems like I've removed much of a restriction to the exhaust goig from 2.5 to 3 ". That is what I was told on dyno last tme by rsrmotorsport.com that my N75 is working in heavy duty cycle 95%.

Now I am after ceramic coating-inside and outside in double layer for exhaust manifold and maybe turbo housing to.

I'd have thought the biggest gain in power will come from not having a cat fitted, rather than simply going from 2.5" to 3".....

Doesn't that put the engine light on not having the post lambda sensor plugged in?

I removed my rear lambda sensor far ago, when I was doing my first dyno tune up with K03S.

Guy from rsrmotorsport.com Matjaz iz a master and he removed that CEL.

So I havn't had any problems with that when replacing the pipe.

I asked him to isn't it going to be to big 3" for small turbo as everybody on forums says, but he worned me out that it is not truth it is a matter of knowledge in dynotuning and that's where he is a master.

So really it was massive gain up. I will update with figures when I wil visit him to correct the map because I've put also Audi TT 225hp EGT probe as close as possible to the flange that connects to the turbo.

But ceramic coating of exhaust manifold and turbo is a must.
