id say the anti roll bars are of more benefit from my own experience.

Also consider the labour costs. a rear ARB is really cheap to install labour wise. whereas the front ARB and walk both require wheel alignm, net anda couple hours labour.

you could save money by doing the rear bar first. and then fitting a front ARB and WALK simultaneously.

As stated in first post-RARB going on along with Eibachs whilst in for service early next week. I'll have to get the alignment done after having the springs fitted anyway-I'll probably leave the WALK for next year!

Been there; done that! ;) If I had my time again I would fit the WALK first. :)

Consider this; what's the point of a rear ARB to improve the handling if you are not able to make best use of it because your traction is poor?

but the rear ARB reduces body roll, keeps the wheel geometry in its optimum settings for longer, thus ensuring the biggest contact patch between the road and the tyre is maintained for longer. this gives you your improved traction and improving handling.

Agreed; but the rear ARB offers nothing to straight line traction, whereas the WALK most certainly does and this improvement gets transferred into improved traction when cornering.

OK; for best results fit both but IMHO if you are only doing one then the WALK offers the more useful improvement.
