I have been looking on this site to try and find out what type, the DRL bulbs are. I down loaded the 2010 manual and it only mentions the Fogs. P21W SLL. I want to fit whiter bulbs, but after speaking to Auto Bulbs they need to know what the standard ones are. Does anyone know the number,

Also the SE has halogen bulbs with a DE module what is a DE module? Just for interest.

The DE module means that you have a single filament bulb and a flap controls the switch between dipped and main beam.

DRL’s = P21W S25

FOG’s = 12V 55W Super White Xenon H8 35w (Manual says P21W SLL)???

I want to order before I get the car next Wednesday.

That sounds good to me. DRL's are the P21W's and the Fogs are the H8 35W's

Why would you feel the need to uprate the fog light bulbs though? surely that would defeat the benefit of fog lights (they need to be a yellow-er colour to reduce the glare caused by fog).

Because I think the yellow bulbs look so yellow compared to the HID's and they also come on when its not foggy with the corner assist thingy.

As for the glare thing you may well be right, but the "White" HID's will aslo have to be on when it's foggy, so I want me fogs to match. That's all

Are you sure? I thought there were 3 bulbs in there:

DRL

Cornering light

Fog light

The foglight is the cornering light

Changing the fogs does make a difference to an already great set of lights.
