Would this be any good as a phone holder in the Octavia 1?

Don't think so as the Octy 1 has 1 screw hole IIRC.

I will check tomorrow if you want as i have 1 i don't use anymore.

I tried one like that but found it was a bit low down attached to the climate control plus the trim didn't seem to fit back very well.

Ended up using one of these;

looks the same as the one I've got - held in place by the 2 screws on the side of the aircon unit - mine fits OK

Me too, as I have no need for mine anymore after some toe-rag w**ker broke into my car and ripped out the cradle for my carkit :doh:
